Corporate Finance – Lead Advisory Manager / Associate Director

I’m working with a leading independent advisory firm, who are looking to expand their award-winning Corporate Finance team following significant growth in this team in the past year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and ambitious lead advisory team, working on deals typically up to £30m in value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day interactions on lead advisory assignments.
  • Support sales mandates from initial engagement through to completion.
  • Prepare and review valuations and Information Memoranda.
  • Build and review financial models for fundraising and M&A activity.

  • A dynamic and motivated finance professional with proven M&A experience.
  • ACA/ACCA preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to thrive in a deal-driven environment.
