Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to join their exceptional Finance team based in Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded finance professional with strong leadership capability and the confidence to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have proven experience producing full, fully-annotated monthly management accounts, working with business accounting systems, and developing robust financial models.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to the SLT.
- Assist with business tenders and prepare monthly management accounts.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the overall business strategy.
- Drive financial performance by providing forward-looking analysis, scenario planning, and investment appraisal.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally within manufacturing or the property management industry.
