The role will contribute to the growth of the metals trading portfolio through customer acquisition, relationship management, market intelligence, and trade coordination. /p p br /p p strong Broad Responsibilities: /strong /p p u Business Development, Sourcing Market Expansion /u /p ul li Grow the UK EU origin recycled metals trading business across ferrous and non-ferrous markets. /li li Develop sourcing channels and commercial relationships with recyclers, processors, merchants, brokers, and industrial suppliers. /li li Identify and develop sales opportunities with steel mills, foundries, traders, processors, and other end-users in the UK and international markets. /li li Monitor market trends, pricing, trade flows, and competitive activity to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities. /li /ul p u Trade Execution Stakeholder Coordination /u /p ul li Execute physical recycled metals transactions from contract negotiation through settlement. /li li Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient trade execution. /li li Negotiate commercial terms and manage day-to-day interactions with counterparties across multiple geographies. /li li Partner with logistics, operations, finance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure timely shipment, execution, and settlement of trades. /li li Provide market intelligence and commercial insights to support trading decisions and business growth. /li /ul
