ADISA is a UK based Certification Body with clients in over 12 countries and a global leader in its field. We are looking to recruit for the role of IT Systems and Test Technician in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
Position Overview
The IT Systems and Test Technician will be responsible for managing the ADISA IT systems which are predominately Microsoft based and for achieving and maintaining Cyber Essentials + Certification. In addition, the role will also see the applicant work in the test laboratory providing additional resource for the Product Certification service for a range of products including data sanitisation, IOT and AI. Full training will be given but the successful applicant will need to have a strong Microsoft background in order to support the systems from day 1.

- Ability to work in the United Kingdom.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Professional and high degrees of integrity.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with abilities to interact with client employees from all levels of the business hierarchy.
- Ability to maintain an impartial and confidential relationship with companies under evaluation.
- Have the ability, flexibility, and confidence to travel throughout the UK and internationally if required.
- Ability to work autonomously and to be resourceful.
- Keen mind to work in areas which are new and with techniques which are proprietary.
- Problem solving essential.
Work Experience / Skills You shall have:
- An excellent knowledge and understanding of the M365 ecosystem and ideally have experience supporting a SME in this field.
- Experience of office networking.
- Some experience of Cyber Essentials.
- A good written and verbal communication skills as you will be expected to compose comprehensive technical reports and may be required to present your findings to customers.
