ADISA is a UK based Certification Body with clients in over 12 countries and a global leader in its field. We are looking to recruit for the role of Computer Forensic Analyst based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.

The Computer Forensic Analyst will be responsible for carrying out Product Certification for a range of products including data sanitisation, IOT and AI by following the test method for each type of test. This role requires a diverse range of skills and an ability to understand technology at a low level. Full training will be given but the successful applicant will need to have a good understanding of technology.

Required Personal Attributes
  • Ability to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Professional and high degrees of integrity.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with abilities to interact with client employees from all levels of the business hierarchy.
  • Ability to maintain an impartial and confidential relationship with companies under evaluation.
  • Have the ability, flexibility, and confidence to travel throughout the UK and internationally if required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to be resourceful.
  • Keen mind to work in areas which are new and with techniques which are proprietary.
  • Problem solving essential.
Work Experience / Skills You Shall Have:
  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of computers and mobile phones and their storage media and interfaces.
  • Ideally experience of dealing with media forensics and use of forensic software (For example: EnCase, FTK, Oxygen, Cellebrite).
  • A good written and verbal communication skills as you will be expected to compose comprehensive technical reports and may be required to present your findings to customers.
  • Be able to demonstrate that you can contribute a skill set that will be of value to our team alongside a proven track record in digital forensics data recovery, practices & procedures gained as a digital forensics practitioner.
It Would Be Beneficial For You To Have:
  • A knowledge of electronics and electronic component handling.
  • A knowledge of computer programming languages.
  • Experience with electrical engineering techniques to include electrical component removal and reworking.
