We are seeking a motivated and curious graduate (or early-career professional) to join our UK/Europe sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in life sciences who is interested in transitioning into a commercial, customer-facing career. Working across both education and research markets, you will play a key role in supporting regional sales activity, engaging with academic institutions, and helping customers identify the right solutions from ADInstruments’ portfolio.

Skills and Experience
- A degree in life sciences (e.g. physiology, neuroscience, pharmacology or similar)
- The ability to develop an expert understanding of the ADInstruments product range and practical application areas
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Interested in developing a career in scientific sales or commercial roles

Package
- Salary: ~£30,000 + performance-based incentive
- Hybrid working (Oxford-based, 3 days in office once trained)

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to move into a commercial role within the life sciences sector. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must also live within 60 minutes of the office, OX4 6HD.
