Competitive Package – Expected Earnings Up To £37,000 Including Service Charge Oz & Isle Restaurant | The Hobson Cambridge We're looking for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to take a leading role within the kitchen operation of Oz & Isle, the signature restaurant at The Hobson Cambridge.

Oz & Isle offers a contemporary dining experience inspired by Australian hospitality, combining quality ingredients, vibrant flavours, and a strong beverage-led concept.

The Hobson Cambridge is a flagship property within the TFE Hotels portfolio, part of a growing European hospitality group with more than 20 hotels across brands including Adina Hotels, A by Adina, MM: NT, The Hobson, and The Wellington.

The Role This isn't a traditional Chef de Partie position.

As Kitchen Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading lunch and dinner service, managing stock control and ordering, maintaining HACCP compliance, and supporting the development of the kitchen team.

Working alongside a dedicated Breakfast Chef and Kitchen Assistants, you'll play a key role in maintaining standards and driving operational excellence.

What We Offer Expected earnings up to £37,000 per annum including service charge.£32,000 basic salary plus monthly service charge.30 days annual leave.
