The Hobson Cambridge is recruiting a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Oz & Isle, the signature restaurant at this Cambridge property.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, bar and breakfast service, delivering high standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Reporting to the Dining Manager/Hotel Manager, you will coach supervisors, manage labour and costs, build strong supplier relationships and drive events and private dining.
