The role supports safe, effective, and person‑centred service delivery through auditing documentation, reviewing time spent in service users' homes, and ensuring accuracy of recorded visits.

  • Manage rotas for care workers

  • Manage care workers' holidays and sickness
  • Carry out back to work interviews for care workers
  • Sourcing work

  • Conduct 3 monthly probations in a timely manner
  • Reporting to social work
