Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual Training Master Plan
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skill Assessments
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Organize training program including venue, materials, instructors, and vendors
  • Maintain training records and update training systems accurately
  • Conduct employee orientation programs for new hires
  • Organize employee activities such as attendance recognition programs and long service awards
  • Promote employee engagement and motivation
  • Support initiatives to strengthen organizational culture
  • Manage time attendance records and prepare data for payroll processing
  • Follow customer’s requirements
  • Participate and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as Safety week, 5S, HSE training, and wear proper PPE
  • Follow and ensure no violation of safety rules, work instructions, and procedures
  • Report near misses, unsafe actions, or safety suggestions to line management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is preferred
  • Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
