For more information, please visit What will your responsibilities be?Interface between customer JIT and Trim production plant JIT onside problem analyzes and close feedback to Trim plant Verification of improvement action at JIT plants Coordination of sorting activities at JIT plants Supporting local Trim resident engineers with technical knowledge, organization firewall set up and feedback loops Boundary book set up between OEM, JIT and Trim plant KPIs: customer satisfaction JIT, IRPPM, ICPPM, Firewall head count JIT, Firewall audits at JIT – incl. following up on improvement action plan Inspector Gauge R&R evaluation and inspector training Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?Technical education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification).
Proven professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
Experience in customer quality management and direct communication with OEMs and Tier 1 customers.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.- Good knowledge of automotive quality management tools and methodologies, e. g.
VDA 6.3, 8D, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, Ishikawa, 5 Why.- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.- High willingness to travel (approximately 70%).
