What You’ll Do
The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing an efficient process and personnel deployment with the aim of maximizing output and quality. The Team Leader is in constant contact with a wide range of internal production units. A shift operation is implemented to ensure that customer requirements and high delivery performance are met.
Main Areas Of Responsibilities
- People management
- Responsible for oversight and organisation of people in their department (motivation, coaching, facilitating operational excellence)
- Operational coordination of the department
- Compliance with the agreed SLAs for the department
- Ensuring the qualitative processing of orders
- Responsible for the proper handling of work equipment by the employees under the supervision
- Responsible for cleanliness and order in the Samples/GOK area
- Representation of Supervisor in times of absence
- Ensuring compliance with daily production targets and provide data & information to Supervisor for determining efficiency / productivity
- Smooth communication to all necessary departments involved in the process
- Active support of operational projects and lean site management initiatives
Skills You’ll Need For Area Manager Role

- Good MS Office skills and preferably experience with Warehouse Management Software
