Stockroom Sales Consultant, 40 hours, Adidas Factory Outlet, London O2 Greenwich

As a Retail Associate you will contribute to the success of our flagship stores while delivering exceptional customer experiences and high‑performance visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and support merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1 + months of experience in a sports/fashion customer‑focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them and drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy‑to‑shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team‑player mindset, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
