We Appreciate In Our Employees 12+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment. Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales. Team leadership and customer service. Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors. Advanced analytical skills to maximize store profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process oriented. Efficient decision-making skills. Understanding store needs and acting accordingly. Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success. Your Activities Accurately records and manages all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement in a timely manner. Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintains this. Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment. Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values. Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
