- 6+ months experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
- Advanced customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
- Good communication skills in English.

- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.
- Motivate, inspire and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying it on the shop floor.
- Create and drive a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
