Manchester: You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state‑of‑the‑art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.
What you'll do:
The difference you will make: In the role of Senior Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and executing campaigns in JD Sports. You will have responsibility for delivering standout, consumer‑first campaigns across key adidas categories including Originals (primary focus), Football and Performance. Managing a team of three, success in this role is defined by the ability to develop and execute innovative, impactful campaigns that resonate with the JD consumer, elevate brand presence in‑store and online, and drive commercial results through best‑in‑class activation.
A day in the life:
- Lead the execution of brand marketing plans in collaboration with a multi‑channel/market retailer
- Ensure adidas is WINNING market share gains by category and franchise
- Optimising campaign visibility through all channels ensuring we dominate SOS during key uplifted periods within the retail and brand franchise calendar
- Manage budgets and investment
- Manage internal communications for cross functional alignment
- Measure performance across activations and report
