Due to upcoming permanent and fixed-term opportunities within our Sales function, we're keen to speak with high-performing Senior Key Account Managers, Key Account Managers, National Account Managers, Commercial Managers and Sales Managers who are currently operating within leading sportswear, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG organisations. We're particularly interested in individuals with significant wholesale account management experience, a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering sustainable growth through strategically important customer partnerships.

Location: Upcoming roles will be based at our Stockport Head office, it's a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

What you’ll do: These opportunities are based at our Stockport Head Office and we're specifically looking to hear from individuals excited by the opportunity to build their career from our North West hub. At adidas, you'll have the opportunity to lead some of our most strategically important customer relationships, driving sustainable growth, profitability and market share across Footwear, Apparel and Accessories.

  • Willingness to be based from our Stockport Head Office, operating within our hybrid working model.
  • Significant experience managing large, strategically important wholesale or retail accounts, with accountability for sales performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Proven success operating within sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG or similarly fast-paced branded environments.
  • Experience developing and executing long-term commercial strategies, business plans and growth initiatives with major customers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels both internally and externally.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with experience using data, forecasting and market insights to drive decision-making and performance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the confidence to operate at a senior level.
  • Deep understanding of consumers, customers, market dynamics and commercial opportunities within relevant sectors.
