You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

What you’ll do:

You'll sit at the centre of some of North Europe’s most important projects, turning ambitious ideas into clear plans and keeping teams moving towards getting things done. You'll manage a portfolio of high‑profile projects, bringing structure where there is complexity and giving senior stakeholders the clarity they need to make decisions. Success means managing projects well, identifying risks, bringing people together and making sure we deliver - while continuously finding smarter, simpler ways for us to work.

A day in the life:

• Take ownership of priority projects from definition through to delivery, converting strategic goals into practical plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Bring the right people together across Sales, Brand, Finance, Business Development, Insights and other functions, creating momentum and shared accountability.
• Keep leaders close to what matters by providing concise, decision‑ready updates on progress, risks, dependencies, choices and next steps.
• Spot delivery challenges early, work through ambiguity and help teams resolve issues before they affect the outcome.
• Improve how projects are run by introducing simple, consistent ways of working and using AI and digital tools to reduce administration and strengthen decision‑making.
