Manchester: You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state‑of‑the‑art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

What you’ll do:

The difference you will make: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving & supporting profitable and sustainable market share growth for both adidas and JD Group within the assigned categories, whilst delivering best in class orderbook management. You will report directly into the Mens FTW Sales Lead working collaboratively across key milestones ensuring achievement in sales targets, whilst partnering with internal departments such as GTM, Brand, RSM & Account Operations.

A day in the life:

  • Operate credibly as the KAM for your designated category, be the category expert with leading industry & product knowledge.
  • Have a clear understanding of the JD consumer and how we WIN with them.
  • Effective, in‑depth order‑book management including regular weekly and monthly internal forecasting, adhering to agreed minimum standard levels.
  • Support the build & drive against Category Plans, working collaboratively with internal & external counterparts & colleagues.
  • Driving change & new initiatives with the key stakeholders.
  • Be the interface between GTM, Brand & the customer.
  • Ensure regularity and clarity of communication across all touchpoints and highlight any areas which require support or actions.
  • Key focus on supporting a smooth end to end SMU & inline process.
  • Regular weekly, monthly and quarterly sell‑out analysis across European stores & online to understand trends and identify any opportunities or challenges.
  • Ensure that the information is shared with the key internal & external stakeholders where relevant.
  • Put clear actions in place where needed.
  • Co‑ordinate customer and account teams at key milestones throughout the inline & SMU GTM process to ensure the best service levels for the customer.
