Human Resources Business Partner – Corporate Functions | Manchester (Maternity Cover)
Location: Stockport Head office, Manchester – home to 18 showrooms, Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, gym, and an astroturf pitch.
What you’ll do:
- As a HR Business Partner, you’re a trusted advisor who will partner with business leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive organisational performance, foster employee engagement and build future‑ready capabilities.
Skills you’ll need:
- 5+ years of generalist HR experience, including a strong understanding of change management and employee relations.
- Strong ability to adapt style and approach to influence and advise different stakeholders.
- Data insight skills – interpret and leverage people analytics to inform strategy, measure impact, and continuously improve HR delivery.
- A true team player, collaborative and motivated to get involved with a variety of people‑related topics and projects – if you’re not passionate about people, this might not be the role for you.
