You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a state-of-the-art gym with Peloton bikes and extensive gym equipment, an indoor astroturf pitch, chat boxes and creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketing Activations, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Account Operations, Finance, HR and many more.

What you’ll do

As a Marketing Operations Manager you will execute high profile internal events both locally and across the world. You will be a manager of one experienced full time employee and be a member of a collaborative, high performing and inclusive team which spans Northern Europe.

Skills you’ll need

  • 5+ years of event management experience
  • Project management experience: plan, prepare and execute several events at any one time
  • A true team player, who can operate with passion and creative flair in a fast moving environment

For this role, you will need to have flexibility in terms of working some late nights, weekends and travelling to other locations for events.

We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 fixed days in the office and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from on the other 2 days. Additionally, we want to accommodate candidates wherever possible with one of our many different flexible working policies, whatever your situation, working around childcare, dependants or other life commitments.
