As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store driving commercial success while developing your team and creating an exceptional brand experience. You will:

  • Lead from the front to create a high-performance, winning culture
  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations: sales, service, stock, people, and compliance
  • Use store KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and take action
  • Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve targets

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a passion for people and sport:

  • 18+ months’ experience in sports or fashion retail, with 12+ months at Assistant Store Manager level
  • Strong team leadership and coaching skills
  • Confident with KPIs, performance analysis, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations
  • Experience in team development, training, and handling challenging situations
  • Comfortable with MS Office and fluent in English
