Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming deliveries.
- Organise and maintain stockroom areas according to company standards.
- Accurately replenish products on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
- Use stock management systems and handheld devices to track inventory.
- Ensure products are correctly labelled, stored, and rotated.
- Assist with online order fulfilment, click-and-collect orders, and returns processing.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping in the stockroom.
- Work closely with retail colleagues to ensure product availability and excellent customer service.
- Help minimise stock loss by following security and loss-prevention procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous retail, warehouse, or stockroom experience is preferred but not always required.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems are an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move boxes safely and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
