- Shape the future of Omni-Channel retail, bringing futuristic, premium experiences to life in-store
- Lead a high-performance team and build a culture that others across the business look to replicate

- Work at the intersection of Store Leadership, Global Retail Operations, Finance, HR, and Facilities — with a seat at the table on every major decision
You'll be the person who frees up Store Leadership to chase big commercial wins, because you've got the back-of-house running like clockwork.
What You'll Be Doing

- Managing budgets, spotting opportunities, and using data (P&Ls, SAP) to make sharp commercial calls
- Leading Workforce Management, talent development, and performance culture across the team
- Delivering projects end-to-end — from first idea to sustained results
- Ensuring gold-standard compliance across Stock, Logistics, Profit Protection, H&S, IT, and Finance
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in Retail or Trade Marketing (apparel/fashion/footwear background a big plus)
- 4+ years in store operations management, ideally across multi-site teams
- Sharp commercial acumen and confident, data-backed decision making
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The flexibility to be geographically mobile
- A genuine passion for building something exceptional
