Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious
Your Activities
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor
