What You’ll Do
- As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store driving commercial success while developing your team and creating an exceptional brand experience.
- Lead from the front to create a high-performance, winning culture.
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations: sales, service, stock, people, and compliance.
- Use store KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
- Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve targets.
- Ensure a seamless and inspiring shopping experience through strong visual merchandising and store standards.

What You’ll Bring
- We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a passion for people and sport.
- 18+ months’ experience in sports or fashion retail, with 12+ months at Assistant Store Manager level.
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
- Confident with KPIs, performance analysis, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations.
- Experience in team development, training, and handling challenging situations.
- Comfortable with MS Office and fluent in English.
