Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store. Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service. Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times including Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer.
Required profile:
- 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
