Location: You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.
What You’ll Do

- Support the achievement of sales targets by maximising order conversion and maintaining order accuracy.
- You’ll improve operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing better ways of working.
- You’ll develop and empower your Account Operations colleagues, helping to build a skilled and engaged team.
- Contribute to wider business initiatives and cross-functional collaboration that drive overall organisational performance.
- You’ll ensure customers receive a reliable and high-quality service experience, strengthening customer relationships.
A Day In The Life
- Lead and support a team of Account Operations colleagues, providing guidance, resolving issues and ensuring daily priorities are met.
- Review and manage the order book to ensure orders are accurate, on time and aligned with customer and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues, improve processes and maintain service levels.
- Monitor team performance and workloads, providing coaching and support to help team members develop and perform effectively.
- Participate in meetings and projects focused on improving service processes, systems and overall efficiency.

- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team within a customer service or operational environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and approach for different audiences.
- Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving processes and efficiencies.
- Proficiency in business systems and tools, including Microsoft Office and SAP or similar systems.
- Ability to analyse operational data and manage order books to support service levels and commercial objectives.
- Understanding of supply chain or operational processes within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
