We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Floor Manager who is ready to take the next step in their retail leadership career and make a real impact within one of adidas' newest retail destinations.

What you'll do:

As Floor Manager, you will take ownership of a key area of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding service, strong commercial results, and an unforgettable adidas consumer experience.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals to deliver against sales and KPI targets
  • Create an exceptional in-store experience by coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Lead from the front on the shop floor, acting as a role model for service, selling, and brand excellence
  • Use commercial insight and performance data to make decisions that improve sales, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate daily floor operations, ensuring the right balance between customer service and operational execution
  • Support product availability by working closely with stockroom teams to maximise replenishment and reduce missed sales opportunities
  • Drive flawless execution of visual merchandising standards, campaigns, and in-store communication
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their potential and build confidence
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives across the store
  • Ensure all operational, cash handling, health & safety, and loss prevention procedures are followed
  • Step into Assistant Store Manager responsibilities when required and support the wider leadership team
  • Foster a positive, energetic team culture that reflects the adidas values and inspires high performance

Who you are:

  • An experienced retail supervisor, team leader, or floor manager with a passion for consumer experience
  • A confident people leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating others
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of retail performance indicators and sales drivers
  • Passionate about sports, fashion, and the adidas brand
