Hours: Part Time Hours varies from 8, 12 & 30 hour, Full Flexible
Assessment Day (Group Interview) : Monday 6th October 2025 – this will be at Bicester or nearby
Start Date: Monday 20th October 2025
Working Hours (subject to change): Mon-Fri 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 10am-7pm

We’re opening a limited-time adidas pop-up store in Bicester Village and are looking for Retail Sales Associates and Key Holders to join the team and deliver a world-class experience for every customer this festive season. It Starts With You!
What You’ll Do

• Create an exceptional in-store experience, every time
• Drive sales through genuine conversations and active selling
• Support with stock handling, VM and store standards
• Open/close the store and support store leadership (for Key Holders)

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for adidas and understanding of outlet/lifestyle brands
• Confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and key sales periods
• Prior retail experience is preferred (but not essential)
