We are relocating!!! And we're seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our NEW Liverpool Factory Outlet opening SOON in Fashion Spree, Warwick Farm.

The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
  • Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
  • Being a role model and leading your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations.
  • Guiding and training all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service.
  • Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‐Store Communication standards.
  • Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‐to‐floor process.
  • Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment.

Experience that will be highly regarded

Retail leadership experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
