Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the European visual merchandising direction in assigned store/stores.

Key Responsibilities

Communication:

β€’ Regular documented feedback of VM in store to RVMM and Europe VM stakeholders to support Key City deliverables.

β€’ Cascade information given by RVMM to SM and Store staff through training and meetings.

β€’ Participate in team meetings and team huddle to understand needs and give feedback to the RVMM regarding store requests.

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the European visual merchandising direction in assigned store/stores.

Merchandising Display:

β€’ Manage layout decisions across multiple site locations – bubble and micro plans developed and implemented as agreed

β€’ Ensure store complies with European standards and guidelines to provide a brand shopping experience to all consumers

β€’ Ensure all windows are presented to a high standard including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication

β€’ In charge of creating clear Shop –In-Shop’s to emphasize category presentation

β€’ Responsible for ordering and ensuring correct use and positioning of In-Store communication Tools

β€’ Dress in-store mannequins and place props correctly

β€’ Apply and maintain Brand Retail and VM Standards

β€’ Monthly submission on VM Compliance tool including taking and uploading pictures into the system

β€’ Provide commercial feedback of implemented VM including Space vs Sales analysis

β€’ Implementation and evidence of flawless execution on Marketing activities aligned with marketing department.

Equipment control

β€’ Returns and correctly stores unused equipment including fixtures, mannequins, props & graphic frames

β€’ Manage fixtures with care to avoid damages VM Development & Management

β€’ Evaluate the competencies of his/her team members on a regular basis and provide prompt and constructive feedback and assumes a coaching role to support and inspire his/her team members.

β€’ Attendance to VM team meetings

β€’ Quarterly showroom set up support if requested

β€’ Involvement in development opportunities as requested by RVMM Training

β€’ Align training requirement with the RVMM.

β€’ On board newly appointed Visual Merchandisers ensuring training standards and

β€’ guidelines are implemented with excellence

β€’ Ensure that the entire VM direction is cascaded to relevant stores and implemented

β€’ efficiently and effectively.

β€’ Use and leverage tools and programs for planning of existing or new stores or brand spaces (e.g. stocking and space planning tools)

β€’ Provide Cluster-specific information and insights for projects into Market (Europe)

β€’ Develop best practice processes, standards and operational plans for all retailers and channels to support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.

Projects

β€’ Plan, prepare and ensure the VM guideline-compliant execution of all projects relating to store

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional departments ensuring correct usage, implementation and presentation of product packages, store fittings, in-store communication material, campaigns and Visual Merchandising tools.

VM Hours

β€’ Basic Hours to be completed between
