- Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues, creating a positive, high-performance culture aligned to adidas values.

Essential qualifications
- Previous people management experience within a warehouse / distribution centre environment.

- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams while driving engagement, accountability and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on operational excellence.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems and warehouse control systems, alongside good Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Flexible approach to working patterns, including the ability to provide night shift cover when required.
