- 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding
- Team leadership and customer service KPIs background and understanding; strong analysis skills; strong training skills
- Comfortable conducting feedback conversations; product knowledge
- Good English skills/understanding
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team; understanding the store's needs and acting accordingly
Your Activities:
