In this role you will help deliver a highly impactful, brand-focused consumer experience at the adidas London Flagship. You are the first point of contact for shoppers, combining product knowledge with an understanding of features, benefits, and the marketplace to drive brand engagement and flagship KPIs. You support end-to-end service across designated touchpoints and foster a culture of consumer centricity within the store. This position offers the chance to shape the flagship experience for customers and creators club members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers at the Flagship
