Responsibilities
- Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards and replenish sales floors
- Engage customers as a brand ambassador in line with adidas values
- Collaborate to drive sales and support merchandise management (receipts, deliveries, replenishment)
- Own learning by completing training and applying it on the shop floor
Key requirements
- 1+ months of experience in sports/fashion customer-focused retail
- Knowledge of store KPIs and the ability to interpret them to drive sales
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping
