We are proud to supply several football clubs across the Premier League, Championship, and League One, as well as retail and leisure outlets, amongst many other high‑profile clients, and we are successfully building our brand internationally.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Engineer to support our Studios division's match day services, ensuring the smooth delivery of content from the MCR and 15 on‑site production galleries to numerous Premier League and Football League stadias across the UK.
Responsibilities:- Ensure in‑house production facilities are maintained and ready for use on match days.
- Provide technical support to production galleries and on‑site staff.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the MCR.
- Support clients as necessary.
- Educated to a degree level in Broadcast Engineering or a suitable AV discipline.
- Experience working in an MCR or live production environment.
- Highly self‑motivated, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
Due to the nature of the job, weekends and evenings are expected, and you will work to a shift pattern that will cover 3–4 days per week, sometimes up to 12 hours per day, but an average of 40 hours per week. In return, we can offer an attractive base salary and additional benefits.
