Sick of driving the same stretch of the M6 every week?
Want your HGV licence to take you further than depots and distribution centres?
Ever wondered who's behind the LED screens at some of the world's biggest sporting and live events?
At ADI, that's us.
For over 30 years, we've been at the forefront of live event production - delivering cutting-edge LED screens and technical infrastructure to the world's most iconic stages. From UEFA and Formula 1 to Tour de France, Extreme E and the NFL, our work is seen by millions - and we're only just getting started.
As our Live Division continues to grow, we're looking for HGV Driver Technicians to join our Resource & Logistics team and help bring incredible events to life across the UK and Europe.
What you'll be doing (This is far more than a driving role)
You’ll be responsible for:
- Transporting ADI’s LED and technical equipment to live events
- Supporting with on-site set-up, operation and breakdown
- Carrying out basic checks, fault-finding and maintenance
- Acting as a professional, friendly point of contact on site with clients, crews and suppliers
- Working as part of a highly supportive, close-knit delivery team
No two events are ever the same - one week you could be at a UK stadium, the next at a European motorsport circuit.
Who We're Looking For
- A Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
- Based in mainland UK (ideally North West)
- A practical, reliable, can-do attitude
- Strong customer service and team-working skills
- Flexibility to work away from home, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays (it's live events - it comes with the territory!)
Experience with AV, LED or technical equipment is a bonus - but not essential. If you're comfortable using a phone and laptop, we'll train you on everything else.
What You’ll Get In Return
- Competitive base salary
- Overnight & European allowances
- All expenses paid while working away
- Regular recognition and bonus schemes
- Excellent training and development
- Clear opportunities to grow your career as ADI continues to expand
- The chance to work on some genuinely unforgettable events
You’ll be supported by experienced teams who know the industry inside out - and who genuinely look out for one another on the road.
Why ADI?
We’re evolving fast. Our brand, our technology and our ambition are all growing - and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
If you want a role that combines travel, teamwork, technology and world-class events, this could be your next move.
