Love sales but hate cold calling? This role is for you. We’re ADI Leak Detection — a market-leading, specialist leak detection company based in High Wycombe. Since 2014, we’ve built a strong reputation for solving complex problems fast, professionally and with outstanding customer care.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a driven, confident Inbound Sales Executive to join our friendly, high-performing team. This is a pure inbound role. No cold calls. No hard selling. Just warm enquiries from customers who already need our help — and your job is to turn those enquiries into confirmed bookings.
The Inbound Sales Executive Opportunity:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to ADI.
- Your mission is simple: deliver a brilliant first impression, understand their needs, explain our services clearly, and confidently convert enquiries into booked jobs.
- With a starting salary of £28,600 and on-target commission of up to £10,000 per year, this role offers excellent earning potential for someone who enjoys speaking to customers and closing deals.
- No technical or plumbing experience is required — full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound sales calls and emails quickly and professionally
- Understanding customer problems and recommending the right leak detection service
- Confidently explaining our services and pricing
- Booking jobs and scheduling engineers using Salesforce
- Issuing reports and invoices
- Processing payments accurately
- Providing outstanding customer service and aftercare
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who can sell with conviction
- Previous sales experience or a natural flair for telesales and customer service
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a responsive, professional approach
- Driven, motivated and target-focused
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
