We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, maintaining high standards of inventory management, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement and oversee warehouse policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and workflow.
- Handle and resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
