We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Person to join us.

Job Description

As an Experienced Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our market presence. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market needs, and competition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and industry standards.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical, OTC, and GSL sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to the management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or GSL sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution market in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license
