Healy Compressor Services are looking for an experienced Compressed Air Engineer to join our growing service team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering service excellence to our nationwide client base, including major blue-chip organisations.
Our service engineers are the heartbeat of the business. This is a hands-on role involving the maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and installation of oil-flooded and oil-free compressed air systems, working both mechanically and electrically.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing oil-flooded and oil-free compressed air systems.
- Conducting accurate mechanical and electrical fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship are consistently met.
- Completing all service reports and documentation accurately and within required timescales.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, upselling and service growth.
- Working collaboratively with the wider service and management teams to deliver service excellence.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in a similar compressed air engineering role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload and travel.
- OEM training and electrical qualifications.
- Oil-free compressor experience would be beneficial.
- F-Gas certification would be beneficial.
- Experience with Nâ‚‚/Oâ‚‚ generation systems, dryers, or central control systems.
- Computer literate skills for the purpose of paperless reporting software.
