About The Role

Reporting to the Projects Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join our adi Projects division as a Senior Project Manager, leading the successful delivery of complex engineering and industrial projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects in line with contracted scope, programme and quality standards
  • Manage project resources, subcontractors and site teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timing plans and reports
  • Coordinate design engineers, contractors and installation activities
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and client communications
  • Oversee preparation of RAMS and final project documentation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures
  • Own and manage project P&L performance

About You

  • Proven experience delivering industrial engineering or manufacturing projects within a contractor environment
  • Experience working across sectors such as manufacturing, process, food & beverage or similar industrial environments
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets and performance
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
  • Flexible and willing to travel nationally
