About the Role
adi Climate Systems is looking for an experienced Project & Governance Manager to oversee project governance, compliance, change control and client reporting across our portfolio of mechanical and HVAC projects. Working across live industrial, aerospace, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing sites, you will provide independent assurance that projects are being delivered safely, compliantly and in line with adi standards, while supporting project and site managers across multiple projects. A key part of the role will be maintaining strong client relationships, leading regular project meetings and ensuring projects are fully documented, controlled and reported.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Own project governance, reporting, compliance and document control across the project portfolio.
- Ensure projects maintain accurate and auditable documentation, including RAMS, permits, ITPs and handover records.
- Carry out regular site assurance checks and identify and escalate any areas of concern.
- Manage change control, variations and contract administration across NEC and JCT contracts.
- Maintain strong document control, including drawing registers, RFIs, technical submissions and approvals.
- Lead regular client meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, programme, risk, change and compliance.
- Support and manage project and site managers across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coach teams to ensure adi processes, standards and documentation requirements are consistently followed.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience managing live mechanical and HVAC construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction health & safety.
- Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts and change control.
- Excellent document control and project management skills.
- Confidence working with both blue-chip clients and site teams.
- The ability to manage and hold people accountable across multiple projects.
- A full UK driving licence.
