About the Role
We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our adi Automotive division. Working across a number of leading automotive manufacturing facilities, primarily in the Gaydon, Warwick and Oxford areas, you will be responsible for supervising teams of electricians, coordinating electrical projects, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting teams of electricians across automotive manufacturing sites.
- Managing day‑to‑day electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Monitoring quality, inspection and testing documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting site inspections and safety audits, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
- Liaising with clients, site engineers and suppliers to support successful project delivery.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
- Assisting with quotations, estimates and project planning activities.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
About You
- Experience supervising electrical works within industrial, manufacturing, automotive or similar environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection and Testing.
- Knowledge and experience of Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR).
- A full UK driving license.
