About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will work directly on key client sites as part of a dedicated on-site facilities and engineering team. This is a hands-on role supporting non-core engineering, facilities and utilities operations.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on maintenance and operation of building services, utilities and infrastructure
  • Repair and maintenance of pipework, HVAC systems, heating, cooling, refrigeration, compressed air and associated equipment
  • Supporting utilities plant, including effluent plant, boiler house and compressed air systems
  • Carrying out electrical maintenance and fault-finding across building services and utilities
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements
  • Assisting with planned maintenance schedules

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in an FM, industrial or building services environment
  • A strong electrical bias with electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
  • Hands-on experience with utilities plant (boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, effluent plant)
  • Good knowledge of HVAC, heating, plumbing and building infrastructure systems
  • Fabrication, metalwork and pipework installation experience
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation (PUWER, LOLER, Working at Height, Electricity at Work)
