As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will work directly on key client sites as part of a dedicated on-site facilities and engineering team. This is a hands-on role supporting non-core engineering, facilities and utilities operations.
- Hands-on maintenance and operation of building services, utilities and infrastructure
- Repair and maintenance of pipework, HVAC systems, heating, cooling, refrigeration, compressed air and associated equipment
- Supporting utilities plant, including effluent plant, boiler house and compressed air systems
- Carrying out electrical maintenance and fault-finding across building services and utilities
- Ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements
- Assisting with planned maintenance schedules
Experience in an FM, industrial or building services environment:
- A strong electrical bias with electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Hands-on experience with utilities plant (boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, effluent plant)
- Good knowledge of HVAC, heating, plumbing and building infrastructure systems
- Fabrication, metalwork and pipework installation experience
