About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee small to medium-sized electrical projects and support the day-to-day operational delivery within adi Electrical. This is a varied role involving project supervision, site quality checks, coordination of labour and materials, and ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and oversee industrial electrical projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate labour and materials to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and within budget
- Carry out quality checks, and on-site safety audits
- Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, and suppliers across industrial sites
- Ensure work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Influence day-to-day operations
About you

- Proven experience working on industrial electrical projects (essential)
- 2391 qualification
- NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition qualifications
- Experience supervising teams or managing projects
