About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with our operational teams, you will lead the generation of profitable new business for adi Food & Beverage. You will shape our pipeline, build influential industry relationships, lead compelling tender submissions, and ensure seamless project handovers that set our teams up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, own and manage a strong pipeline of project opportunities to meet annual sales targets.
  • Build and nurture senior relationships across the food & beverage and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, networking and industry engagement.
  • Lead and manage complex tenders in collaboration with the Bid Director and operational teams.
  • Act as the primary client interface throughout the bid and tender process, including presentations and negotiations.
  • Develop compelling, value-adding commercial and operational solutions.
  • Drive opportunities through to financial and commercial close, ensuring smooth handover and contract mobilisation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data within the ADI CRM system.

About You

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience within engineering, construction or project-led environments.
  • Demonstrable experience selling diverse engineering project solutions into the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
  • Strong track record of winning complex, high-value project bids.
  • An engineering-biased background (degree-qualified or career-developed) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to translate client needs into profitable, compliant solutions.
  • Strategic, proactive and value-driven approach.
