Our Apprentice Academy gives committed and ambitious individuals an excellent first step towards their career within Engineering ensuring they are confident, competent and engaged within the business.
Working alongside our skilled and experienced staff to gain the required skills, whilst working towards a nationally recognised Technical and National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) qualification. The adi Apprentice Academy provides a tailored development programme and network with other apprentices within the business.
All apprentices are offered a wide range of workplace experience, and our Apprentice Academy is designed to fully support the learner throughout the duration of the apprenticeship training programme to become a highly capable, skilled and valued member of our workforce.
